We've 5 terminal server all running windows 2000 SP4 en IE6SP1.
On one of them, some users report this problem:
When they start IE, they obtain a full gray IE window. The problem comes
from the address bar. If we uncheck it in the display properties we do not
have the problem anymore.
But people need it!!!
I search in microsoft KB but i did not find anything.

In any case, what makes you think it's the address bar? In other words: what exactly makes the problem go away?
Did you run Adaware and Spyware to check for spyware/adware?

En fait, nous supposons qu'il s'agit bien de la barre d'adresse puisque lorsque nous la désactivons via le menu affichage --> barres d'outils, le problème ne se produit plus.
Quoi qu'il en soit les symptomes sont les suivant: On lance IE et tout ce que l'on obtient est une fenetre entièrement grise. Impossible de la réduire et impossible de la fermer via la barre des taches. Les utilisateurs doivent me téléphoner pour que je kill le process IE dans la console terminal server. Parfois ca recommence de suite, parfois pas.
