Lorsque mon IBM T20 sous Debian testing a finit de booter, les voyants
verts de ma WG511T clignote alternativement. C'est le signe que je n'ai
pas le reseau. Pour régler le problème, je dois ouvrir une console, et
taper les deux commandes suivantes :
pingoo:/home/moi#ifconfig ath0 down
pingoo:/home/moi#ifconfig ath0 192.168.2.77
et là les deux voyants se mettent à clignoter ensemble, ce qui veut dire
que c'est OK
Précison importante : cette manipulation ne fonctionne, que si le
portable est branché sur le secteur ! si je boot sur la batterie, pas
moyen d'avoir la carte fonctionnelle, même en rebranchant après coup ...

J'avais, je l'ai peut-être résolu, un problème de communication d'un
portable avec une carte wifi pilote acx vers un point d'accès maison
pilote madwifi. J'ai modifié les valeurs de
/proc/sys/dev/ath0/diversity, rxantenna et txantenna après avoir lu
la doc sur le wiki de madwifi (j'ai mis diversity à 0 et *antenna à 1).

Lis la doc et vois le.

Merci de m'avoir lu jusqu'au bout, et surtout merci de m'aider, car j'en
perd mon latin

bon je raconte peut-etre nimporte quoi, mais si le kernel t'indique que
tu utilise une version dépréciée, c'est qu'il en existe une plus
récente; essaye de l'installer.

bon je raconte peut-etre nimporte quoi, mais si le kernel t'indique que
tu utilise une version dépréciée, c'est qu'il en existe une plus
récente; essaye de l'installer.






J'avais entre-aperçu ce message d'erreur, que j'ai aussi sur d'autres
portables. Je vais "regarder" de ce côté là, en effet il vaut mieux
mettre toutes les chances de son côté
